Syaffieq's wedding ~ Akad Nikah ...dated 25.07.2009

My journey to Ipoh started after I fetched my cousin Abe from KL sentral. He flew all the way from Germany to attend his brother's wedding. We were supposed to get our arse to Ipoh early in the morning but due to his plan B we had to postponed it later that evening around 2pm. We arrived Ipoh approximately at half past 4. Alhamdulillah the journey to Ipoh went smooth and easy.

My aunt called me several times the day I left KL to remind me not to be late for they are having 'kenduri' in the evening after maghrib prayers. Thanked god my mission accomplished brilliantly! End of first chapter of the wedding story.

The next day, we were expecting more of my relatives coming over from all over places including Singapore. It's good to have such a huge reunion after so long. It is sad to know that my cousin dear Wawa and also cousin Ida (who is expecting her second baby couldnt make it to the wedding). Anyway, with the posted photos I hope it could ease their regrets for not being able to attend the wedding. Cheers!











Alhamdulillah they were pronounced husband and wife after the Asar prayers on Friday evening.

After the 'Akad nikah', we were invited to the groom's house for tea.










Wish both of them happy forever and ever till death do their part... (^^,)

Shout Awards!

I have been offered to go to the awards about a week before by my cousin (K.Liz). She told me she has got two tickets to the awards and asking if I were interested to join her to the awards. I love going to this kind of function. The best part of all I was told Sean Kingston the singer of the song called Beautiful girl was invited to the awards as well. I took some interesting photos during the awards.

Boss' bday bash at Low Yatt Red Box - 17/7/2009

It was a last minute call I received from K.Azah. I was about to sleep when she called and instructed me to get ready to Karoake approximately at 12am. Ofcourse, I laughed out loud to hear it. I told her, I was ready to sleep and I have put on my night cream just few minutes before she called. What a waste...hehehee

When I arrived, I saw Mr. Nomi was there booking the room for us. Kak Azah has been planning the birthday bash for Mr. Nizam (My COO) since morning at the office. She has planned it with Faizal(The Melati Outlet Manager a.k.a. my former scandal ahaks).Anyway, I thought he couldn't make it to the birthday bash cos when Mr. Nomi did the registration at the counter I was told only 7 people were coming to the party. The list were K.Azah, Mr. Nomi, Azeem, shina(Mr. Nomi companion), Nizam, Jai and I. An hour later, to my surprise Akir and Faizal walked in.

It was fun gathering like that though it was a last minute decision made by everybody. Glad that the party went well and superb.

Teratak Kopitiam at Kg Baru

On Saturday evening, my cousin K.Liz rang me. She asked if I would like to join her to a newly opened restaurant located at Jalan Abdullah, Kg Baru. I was told the restaurant is belonged to one of her brother's friend. A chinese oriental kind of restaurant and if chinese is one of your favourite. I guess Teratak Kopitiam is of the kind for you. Must give credit for its strategic location and amazing view from inside the restaurant.

An interesting place to hang out with a bunch of friends. Teratak Kopitiam is not only serving chinese food as their main course but instead they do offered western and local food. I was told by the Manager there that they also served Nasi Lemak Goreng which is unusual for us to find else where. I heard of Nasi Lemak but frying the rice is bizarre. Anyway, I ordered western that night. Fish & Chips does remind me of UK.

Another highlight, I reckon you to try the inhouse white coffee which in my opinion as a coffee addict drinker. I really love the coffee... You should try.




Overall, I think for newly opened restaurant they are doing ok! but there are other areas need to be improved in order to be the best among other best restaurants in KL especially.

You will never get everything you want....

Lately, I keep on asking myself why can I get what I want and it hurts to let go of something which I obviously know is so important and crucial for me to have because I need it so bad without taking into consideration of the consequences for keeping and having it in my life. Life doesn't always turn out the way we've planned but that doesn't mean we can't have a plan. Having a plan made me a person with a vision so that I can plan my journey and to have a sense of direction where I want to go. We will never know what will happen in the future but we can always predict what will happen to those without plans and visions.

Failure is part of life. What is matter in life is the way you turn the failure into something positive to awake you from your dream and for you not to take things for granted. To make your dream comes true, you have to work on it.

It is not a crime for you to cry or crumble when you face failure or lost but you may become a victim if you keep on dragging and torturing yourself due to the failure. Don't punish yourself and always believe that you deserve something better than what you have lost. Stop cursing your life because it is time for you to move on and for you to step forward into another chapter of your life without looking back the past. Every time you turn your back to the past you might lose your sense of direction or miss the train.

Failure is the process for you to learn to correct the mistake you might have done with or without you realised it. A friend keep on telling me that if I lost something that means I deserve something better than what I have lost. That does motivate me to move on.

On Sunday evening, my dear friend Wendy sent me a shocking msg telling me that her dad had passed away that Sunday morning. My condolence to her and family. It must be really hard for them to lose someone who is so important in their life. The funeral ceremony will be held at Gui Yuan Funeral Parlour, Jalan 229 Section 51A Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The funeral ceremony starts at 9am and cremation at 10am. T8 care my dear friend...

Kerja Kawin 09

Last Sunday, I accompanied my friend Nuara to her friend's wedding at Shah Alam. The wedding was held at Pusat Islam Shah Alam. A simple wedding but lavish in its own way. Congratulation to the bride and the groom.



Later after the wedding at Shah Alam, I suggested Nuara to meet up with Dee. I called Dee using her mobile (I was run out of credit as usual heheheheeee) and told Dee to get ready to be fetched up. I just got my new mobile with a superb camera 3.2 megapixel. Since that I wasn't driving, I keep on snapping photos of myself and it annoyed her hahahaha. Dee, Nuara and I went Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa TTDI Jaya, Shah Alam to have lunch there.

We left Shah Alam approximately 3pm and then headed to Kompleks Kraf Kuala Lumpur for wedding exhibition.

K.Azah birthday Bash 020709

Last night we went to a karoake centre located at Carrefour Bukit Jalil to celebrate K.Azah's birthday. It was really fun to join those wacky and outstanding crowds. Most important thing is everybody was so sporting that nite to celebrate K.Azah bday though we have to go to work the next day as usual at 9am. As the result, I can see everybody's swell and red eyes due to not enough sleep heheheheheeeee including me.
